This is a quiet area of paths and lanes, giving wide views south to the edge of Dartmoor.

A succession of paths and lanes passes Ashridge Court to bring the route to the exotically - named village of Zeal Monachorum.

After following the local River Yeo for a little way, the Way then follows a series of smaller streams to arrive at the hilltop village of Colebrooke.
