Brixton - Hooe Lake

West of Brixton the Trail crosses an attractive tidal creek and just over a mile further west from here it splits into two.

This arm heads west over a plateau area, offering far-ranging views to Dartmoor in one direction, the sea in another direction and to Plymouth in a third.

This arm of the Trail ends at Hooe Lake, on the edge of Plymouth, where it also meets with the South West Coast Path and with the West Devon Way route which skirts the western side of Dartmoor to Tavistock and Okehampton.
