A changing exhibition programme in the Chapel Gallery for 2007 includes; Metal pieces, displaying functional and decorative objects of bronze and steel designed by husband and wife team Kerry and Natalie Whittle, and local renowned artist Alan Kingwell's oil paintings. He also holds oil painting workshops monthly.
There is also a large range of high quality local arts and crafts available all season. Craft and food fairs are held in August and December in the stable courtyard.

In the house is an exhibition of a local college's 'A' level Art,Textiles and Photography work. The House and Garden provided the inspiration for their designs. This project was run in conjuction with The School Arts Partnership and lasts for the summer months only.
Come and enjoy an open-air Spitfire Prom or theatre in the garden with Illyria performing Robin Hood.

3½ miles east of Plymouth city centre. Travelling south (from Exeter): Leave A38, 3 mile north of Plymouth. Exit is signed Plymouth City Centre/Plympton/Kingsbridge. At roundabout take centre lane, then 3rd exit for Plympton. Take right-hand lane and follow brown signs. Travelling north (from Liskeard): leave A38 at Plympton exit. At roundabout take first exit for Plympton, then as above.
Nearest station is Plymouth station. Take Plymouth Citybus 19A/B, 20-2 or 51. Alight at Plymouth Road, Plympton bypass and take the 0.75 mile footpath. There is a reduced entry fee for visitors arriving by public transport on production of valid ticket.
