We are a small family run farm who beleive that traditional methods of farming bring back the great flavour of food and the care of the animals makes for happy stock and better food. Our pigs are rare breed, British Saddleback, our hens are again rare breed Light Sussex, although we supplement them with a nore modern breed, but all our animals are free range and enjoy a varied diet, feed supplemented with vegetables and fruit.
