A wide range of breads made from 100% organic flour including foccacia (sun dried tomato and parmesan/red onion and garlic), rolls, Rye bread and spelt bread for people with a wheat intolerance. Also fruit breads, cookies and date slices. Everything is made by hand in a traditional style. All the recipes are created on the farm and the bakers are constantly working on new recipes. People are always welcome to pop in and see the bread being produced.
