We are a 4th generation traditional farming family.

Our whole farm is under the umbrella of countryside stewardship. To look after our culm grassland, hedgerows, field edges and to give a mass of wildlife the chance to thrive - from the smallest creepy crawlies up to the magnificent Red Deer Stags and their harems of hinds.

All our cattle are home bred and fattened on grass and silage as much as possible. Supplementary feed is managed to full organic (Soil Association) standards. Routine antibiotics and the use of artificial fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides are all prohibited.

Thus, you can have complete confidence in our high standards of animal husbandry and welfare -and the exact source of the beef on your plate.
