Founded by George Wallace in 1949 this family run farm operates 1500 hives over an area of some 2500 square miles of rolling Devonshire hills and moors. Collected by the bees from the tiny purple heather flowers on the rolling hills of Exmoor our Heather Honey has a distinct and much sought after flavour, which was awarded the top marks in a honey tasting by the W.I.

Honey is our major product but over the years we have diversified into other quality honey-based products from honey marmalade to skin care preparations. Not only are these items sold nationally by some of the biggest stores in the country but exported all over the world.
