5 superb Award Winning cosy cottages sleeping 2 - 6 offering real home from home comfort with unexpected extras like dishwashers, fridge/freezers, ensuites and fourposters. Some cottages have log burners, disabled access, fenced private gardens and a whirlpool bath. To add to the choice there are pet welcome and pet and feather free cottages.

Take A38 Exeter to Plymouth. Turn left at Buckfastleigh for Totnes (A384). At Totnes, turn right at the traffic lights for Kingsbridge (A381). On reaching Kingsbridge, take the A379 Dartmouth road to Stokenham. At roundabout, turn right and follow this road for 1.5 miles until reaching a left hand turning to Beeson/Beesands. On reaching Beeson, the road forks, take right turn signed 'Beeson Farm'. Pass barns on left and the main drive can be found on the left after farmhouse.
From Totnes station
Bus to Kingsbridge, then take the Dartmouth-bound bus, alighting at Stokenham. It is then a two mile walk, or we are happy to collect you from the bus stop in Stokenham (please telephone to notify us of your arrival).
