Bowden Close House is a fine Victorian property set in an acre of terraced gardens overlooking Lyme Bay's stunning coast. It is a short walk down to the hamlet of Maidencombe and its secluded cove. The South West Coastal Path runs east and west from the cove.
All or accommodation is decorated and furnished to a high standard and consists of four apartments in a purpose-built extension and two 2-storey wings of the main house.
Within easy reach are the cities of Exeter and Plymouth as well as the picturesque towns of Dartmouth and Totnes. Dartmoor and all its attractions is also easily accessible. Readily available are all watersports and there are many fine golf courses nearby.
Maidencombe is quiet and unspoilt and is blessed with an abundance of wildlife, including the rare Cirl Bunting.
All in all Bowden Close House offers everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Road Directions
At the end of the M5 take the A38 towards Plymouth/Torquay. After a couple of miles turn left onto the B3192 to Teignmouth. Follow this road for approx. 3 miles. As you enter Teignmouth at the bottom of the hill turn right at the traffic lights. Continue until you reach the next set of traffic lights and take the filter over Shaldon Bridge. Follow coastal road towards Torquay for approx 2 miles to Maidencombe. Bowden Close House on left at bottom of hill.
Public Transport Directions
Teignmouth is on teh main line from Exeter to Plymouth. From Teignmouth Railway Station - town centre - bus route 85 to Maidencombe cross. Bowden Close House is first property on left after bus stop.
