One bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, 1 with bunks and 1 large bedroom with twin beds. Second bathroom. The large lounge/diner/kitchen has a formidable stone fireplace, exposed beams with wood burner, dishwasher, microwave, television/video, iron and hairdryer, and double sofa bed. French doors lead to a large patio area, lawns and gardens. Utility room contains washer, dryer, sink and deep freezer. Games rooms adjoin, the games room and Bullocks' accommodation are separated by the thick (sound proof) stone wall of the old building.
LAKE HOUSE
SIX bedrooms. When connected via interior stairs, the two apartments taken together are ideal for large parties or two families, otherwise separated by soundproofed ceilings and double doors.

Road Directions
Reach Braddon Cottages from the M5, take the A30 dual carriageway at junction 31, signposted Okehampton, Bodmin, to Stowford interchange exit (34 miles). Turn right to Roadford Lake. Cross the dam. After 4 miles turn left at T junction (Ivyhouse Cross). Then immediately right (Reservoir Cross). Cross stone bridge at Ashmill, bearing right up a steep hill signposted Holsworthy. After two miles turn right into concrete road signposted Braddon and East Venn. Bear left at fork. Continue past Braddon Cottage, crossing the cattle grid marked Braddon to the Byre for your key.
