Home / Devon Accommodation / Broadleigh Farm Park
Broadleigh Farm Park is a caravan club certificate site, situated in the countryside in a beautiful setting close to Torbay and the River Dart. Broadleigh Farm Park occupies a field alongside the farmhouse where fresh farm produce is on sale as, indeed, is our own traditional farmhouse cider. A separate field is available for camping and for caravan rallies.
Amenities include a 30 pitch caravan park. Every pitch has mains hook-up with access to the newly built service block providing Hot Showers, Hot and Cold Washing facilities, Flush WC (including disabled & baby changing facilities), and a Chemical Disposal point. There are also cold water taps on site close to the pitches.
Broadleigh is close to the village of Stoke Gabriel which is on the River Dart. In the village are pubs, shops, and a Post Office. Only three miles away is Paignton with shops of all kinds and a wide variety entertainment.
Walks galore can be taken in the vicinity, or further afield. Dartmoor with its vast area of open countryside is no more than thirty minutes drive away. We are close to the coast - maybe five minutes in the car to Paignton's safe and gentle beaches. If you care to drive a little further, within ten to thirty minutes driving there are dozens of places to swim - wide beaches, small sandy bays and rocky coves galore.
If the bright lights are your scene, Torquay with its many restaurants and clubs is about five miles away. Drive for some thirty five minutes, one way you have the ancient and historic city of Exeter, in the other direction is Plymouth with its fascinating docks and Sir Francis Drake's Bowling Green.
