Set in idyllic open countryside with spectacular views of the South Devon hills and yet only 3 miles from the beautiful ‘English Riviera’, it is a relaxing place to stay.

There are two warm, attractive non smoking self catering properties 'The romantic Cottage' with 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 and 'The Lodge' with 3 bedrooms sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children but is also ideal for couples or those with preschool children. Parking is adjacent to the properties for easy access.

Both properties have decked verandas with stylish garden furniture and barbecues for al fresco meals. Enjoy the mild climate from this beautiful location.

There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves with the use of the spacious garden. Visit the farm animals including Wellsummer hens and pedigree Devon Closewool sheep.

‘THE COTTAGE’:
It is romantic and stylish, and has been refurbished to a high standard. Fully equipped with modern appliances, including washing machine, microwave, hob oven, TV and video. Centrally heated property includes a power shower. Quality bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge leads through to a French door, onto a south facing decked terrace for that al fresco experience.

‘THE LODGE’:
3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children)
The enchanting lodge with decked terrace makes an ideal hideaway and is a great base from which to explore the south Devon area. The accommodation comprises of an attractive log cabin open living / dining area, with separate kitchen; modern appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob oven, widescreen TV with freeview digital channels, video and WiFi broadband. The double bedroom has ensuite facilities including shower, the twin has separate facilities with a bath, and both are on the ground floor. There is also a twin room in the loft with access by bunk bed style steps - children love it.

Road Directions

From A38 take turn for Newton Abbot. Take the A381 from Newton Abbot to Totnes. Once you leave Newton Abbot. At Parkhill Cross take the Compton Road (2 miles from Newton Abbot). Follow the road for about 1 mile, after a thatched cottage on the right, take the next left signed Bulleigh Park. We are 200 yards down on the right.
