Our beautiful period home which has been upgraded to the highest standard is a few minutes walk from beach, shops, railway / bus, Lawn and stream. Lovely sea views. Family room with separate children's bedroom available, well behaved children very welcome. Private parking. Half board available. Special deals for early and late season.
Superb half board terms available with a home-prepared 4 course dinner using local produce by resident chef.
We are a totally non smoking establishment. All rooms have colour TV, beverage making facilities, hairdryer, radio and digital alarm clock. Family room with separate children's bedroom available. Well behaved children are very welcome.

From M5 jct 30
Follow signposts to Dawlish A379. On entering the town, follow the one way system and the sea will be on your left. Ascend the hill between the pink corner building and the 'Nat West' Bank. When the stone face of the cliff ends, we are located on the right hand side. Please reverse onto the parking space at the front of the house.
