Edeswell Cottages are perfectly located in 23 acres of beautiful countryside in the heart of South Devon. This part of Devon remains truly unspoilt, with spectacular, uninterrupted views across the soft rolling hills and surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty, it remains one of England’s most sought after holiday destinations.
Our lodges create the ultimate holiday atmosphere, whilst providing plenty of luxurious living space for the whole family. All lodges offer a high standard of furnishings and equipment as well as blending in beautifully with the surrounding landscape.
Brook Cottage:
The Brook Cottage is a beautiful character cottage adjoining the main farm house with stunning views over the lawn, tree plantation and shared courtyard with a lovely little stream and a cute little wooden bridge crossing the stream to gain access to the tree plantation and dog walking area. The cottage is pet friendly.
Kingfisher Cottage:
The Kingfisher cottage is part of a mews of three cottages opposite the main farm house at Edeswell Farm.
Swallow Cottage:
The Swallow cottage is situated next to the Swift Cottage and has been converted from the Milking Parlour from the original Edeswell Farm, it also occupies the same courtyard as the Kingfisher Cottage.
Swift Cottage:
The Swift Cottage has been converted from a Milking Parlour from the original Edeswell Farm and the cottage stands in the same courtyard as the Swallow and Kingfisher Cottages.

Directions - from the North:
A38 - Devon Expressway. Ignore all signs for: Rattery. Approximately 23 miles south of Exeter take the MARLEY HEAD junction. Follow the A385 to Paignton and the Brown tourist signs to EDESWELL, which is half a mile on the right.
Directions - from the South:
A38 - Devon Expressway. Ignore all signs for: South Brent. Approximately 20 miles north of Plymouth take the MARLEY HEAD junction. Follow the A385 to Paignton and Brown tourist signs to EDESWELL, which is half a mile on the right.
From Totnes - 6 miles Take X80 Plymouth bus, from Totnes to Rattery Mill. Edeswell is opposite the bus stop.
