Come and stay in our elegant Georgian farmhouse, sit in the garden and hear the birdsong. Easily accessible from the A396 or B3181. Peaceful surroundings overlooking the woods of Killerton and the Culm Valley. Evening meals sometimes available.
Garden seats sited to watch the sunset or look at the fields and woods. Patio furniture for your tea and cake on arrival or this can be served in the drawing room. I am a keen gardener and sometimes have plants and seeds for you to take home as a reminder of your holiday. Our rooms are large and comfortable, the twin room has 3' 6" Edwardian mahogany beds; the private bathroom is down a couple of steps from the bedroom. The family room has a double and 2 standard single beds (this room can also be let as a double or twin).
Breakfast is served around the Victorian dining table and consists of bacon and sausages from our local prize winning butcher together with tomatoes, mushrooms, egg and fried bread. Evening meals are sometimes available at a cost from £12.50 for two courses. Early breakfasts (from 7 AM) are available.

Road Directions
From Exeter take the A396 Tiverton road; Continue through the villages of Stoke Canon and Rewe; go past a filling station and then turn right opposite the Ruffwell Inn. At the fork take the right hand road signposted Bradninch. Continue over Stumpy Cross and Poundsland Cross and then turn right signposted Hayne (just beyond a thatched house, by the garden wall) we are ½ mile down the lane on the left hand side.
Public Transport Directions
We are a mile south of Silverton village which has a bus service from Exeter and Tiverton.
