We welcome you to a relaxing break in tranquil surroundings. Wake up to the sound of birdsong and the smell of a real farm breakfast. Explore East Devon's market towns and picturesque thatched villages, rolling countryside and Jurassic coast beaches.

Return to the farm and relax on the patio, overlooking mature garden or in the lounge with lots of information about the area and local walks. There is also a selection of board games and puzzles to entertain young and old. Or walk up the road to see the sheep and beef cattle grazing in the fields that have been farmed by the Farmer family since 1913. The farm is about 1/2 mile from the village of Tipton St John where you will find superb food in "The Golden Lion", recent runner-up in the Taste of the West Pub Food competition.

Our four bedrooms - family, single and doubles - are individually furnished and very comfortable, with tea/coffee facilities and colour tv. Children are most welcome, with cot, high chair and babysitting (by arrangement) available.

We have been welcoming guests to Higher Coombe Farm since 1987, many returning year after year for the peace and tranquility found here. Be one of them!

2008 - Opening 03/01/2008 - 22/12/2008
