From Exeter take the A30 to Sourton Cross and join the A386 to Tavistock. On reaching Mary Tavy turn left at the War Memorial just before the pedestrian crossing. Follow the road down the hill and over a small bridge.
Continue up the hill and turn left for Horndon. Go past The Elephant's Nest Inn and take the right fork in the village. Follow road until you reach a dead end sign. Look left and you will see a driveway to three farms.
We are the one in the middle. From Tavistock take the A386 Okehampton road. After about 4 miles turn right at the Mary Tavy Inn. Follow the road down the hill, continue over a small bridge and keep to the left. Go up the hill past the school and turn right to Horndon. Then follow the directions as above.
