Home / Devon Accommodation / Lanscombe House
Secluded amongst the thatches of Cockington Village Lanscombe House nestles at the heart of the surrounding Country Park providing a haven of peace and tranquillity from the hustle and bustle of Torbay.
Lanscombe House is the listed former Dower House to the Cockington Court Estate and has now been refurbished to provide eight tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms (including a luxurious four-poster and a ground floor king sized bedroom) overlooking this beautiful location.
In the evening you can enjoy a drink from our bar in the Victorian walled gardens or take a short stroll to dine at the local pub and restaurant (Cockington's famous Drum Inn). For more dining you are ideally placed for one of the many Torbay restaurants featuring some great local produce and fresh fish from Brixham. Located between Torquay and Paignton you are well placed for local amenities and as a base to explore Devon - from the numerous tourist attractions to the unspoilt coastlines and the wilds of Dartmoor - everything is within easy reach.
