Samantha & Paul invite you to a relaxing stay where the countryside meets the North Devon coast. For a weekend break, romantic escape or relaxing getaway we will help ensure an enjoyable stay.
Our charming guest house has six delightful en-suite bedrooms most with countryside and sea views. We are one minute from the beach, have a fully licensed bar & dining room and serve delicious home cooked breakfasts and freshly prepared evening meals using the highest quality local produce.
We are situated directly on the ‘South West Coast Path’ on the edge of Exmoor, ideal for walking holidays - Combe Martin boasts some of the best coastal views in the UK, and only a few miles from the golden sands of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde. There are a whole host of activities on the doorstep, which we would be happy to organise for you, including cycling, fishing, golfing, horse riding, surfing and walking, and of course relaxing by the sea! In fact we are an ideal base to explore all of North Devon, whether by car, on foot or horse back.

We are an ideal venue for small group bookings, catering for up to 12 people for all occassions such as birthdays, anniversaries and special events.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate children unless booking the whole venue for a large party.

From M5 Junction 27
Take A361 to South Molton, turn right on A399. When you reach the sea, the road bends to the left and we are 300 metres on the right.
