Middlewick Barton

Come and stay in newly converted luxury accommodation in our character Georgian Farmhouse which combines the appeal of the old — exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace - with all the conveniences of modern living.

The self-contained one bedroom, ground floor apartment is very spacious and sleeps two adults plus a baby or child if required. In addition to the large bedroom with its kingsize feature brass bed, the accommodation includes a large living area equipped with a TV and a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a dish washer and washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower facility.

All the rooms are furnished to a very high standard and centrally heated throughout. Bed linen, towels and household linen are all supplied and included in the price.

Free car parking is available immediately alongside the accommodation.

Middlewick Barton is located approximately eight miles west of Tiverton, a historic market town which offers a range of everyday shops and facilities. Wander around this charming town located on the river Exe and admire the Castle, visit the museum or try out the excellent tea rooms where you can sample the delights of a Devon Cream Tea.

Or take a trip on the West Country's only horse-drawn barge along the Great Western Canal and admire the view. Despite its rural location, Middlewick Barton is deceptively well located for sampling some of the other delights of Devon.

We are also well placed for visits to several National Trust attractions with their stunning buildings, gardens and grounds — Knightshayes Court and Killerton House are both a short distance away.
