Pebble Cottage is the perfect Devon seaside holiday retreat situated less than a minutes’ walk from the beautiful, unspoilt beach at Budleigh Salterton. This traditional cob cottage combines old world charm with modern comforts and has recently been renovated to offer 5 star holiday accommodation.

The holiday cottage has a contemporary feel with stripped wooden floors and neutral décor throughout with seaside details to remind you of your fantastic location yards from Budleigh Salterton beach. The spacious, open-plan sitting and dining room boasts a comfy sofa, antiqued leather armchair and fire for cosy evenings in.

The sitting room leads to a small but stylish modern kitchen fully equipped for all your requirements including fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A stable door takes you to the rear garden, decorated with colourful flowering pots and pretty climbing plants. This private, sunny courtyard is ideal for enjoying some peace and quiet and has outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The light and airy feeling continues upstairs with a light-filled bedroom with comfortable Super King size bed (can also be set up as two single beds on request) with views to the Budleigh Salterton Fairlynch museum. The bright family bathroom has a shower and bath and views to the garden.

Ideally located in the centre of Budleigh Salterton, Pebble Cottage benefits from proximity to the local amenities, with a selection of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and shops all within easy walking distance.

This delightful cottage is perfect for a romantic retreat or for a couple with a young child, as a small second bedroom can be set up with a travel cot and used on request.

The cottage has a private parking space for one small/medium sized car, and there is additional public parking available just up the road. Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property and will love being so close to the sea, the secure courtyard garden has rear access - great for drying off wet paws.
