Set in two acres of gardens, Red Doors is perfect for family holidays or for couples looking for a relaxing hideaway. We have 7 cottages sleeping between 2 to 8 guests. Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement in Cider Barn, Byre and Courtyard cottages.
Red Doors Farm enjoys splendid views across the Otter Valley. It feels totally off the beaten track but yet it is so accessible. We are 3 miles from the market town of Honiton and Exeter is a 30 minute drive away. East Devon is known as the "countryside by the sea" and the unspoilt coastline with its pretty fishing villages and smugglers coves is only half an hour away.
The area is superb for walking whatever your level of fitness. You can enjoy fine countryside and fabulous views right from our doorstep, follow the coastal path or explore the wilds of Dartmoor and Exmoor. Lyme Regis has a famous Cobb harbour and the Jurassic Coast which has now been given World Heritage Coast status.
Our 2 acres of English cottage gardens are a joy to laze around in with hardwood garden furniture for all cottages. The garden also features a croquet and putting lawn, childrens' play areas with swings, slide and play house, giant garden games and giant trampoline. There is also a indoor swimming pool, with changing facilities. There is also tennis available nearby.
All the cottages have the following: Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, Parking, fridge/freezer, Freeview Digital TV's, video recorder and CD player, Power-shower, Whirlpool bath (one-bedroom cottages only).Full central heating, Log burners (except Cider Barn),Towels and Linen, Playstation 2's / DVD.
Our three extra-special one bedroom properties are set away from the larger cottages, affording peace and privacy for our guests. They have been individually refurbished to an extremely high standard, and each is different with its own unique appeal. All have their own secluded terrace/garden with garden furniture and barbecue. They are the perfect romantic retreat, whatever the occasion.

Road Directions
