Road Directions

From M5 follow signs for Torquay (A380), at the roundabout with flower borders shaped as a palm tree turn right and follow signs for Paignton. At the 2nd roundabout turn left (sign posted - Preston/Sea front). Follow this road all the way down over to the very bottom. At the traffic lights go straight on taking the lane for the seafront - follow this road all the way along past the beach huts, past the 'Redcliffe Hotel' until you reach Paignton seafront. As you reach a pedestrian crossing you will see a rwo of small hotels on your right (Hotel Bonair will be the first). take the next road on your right beside the 'Palace Hotel' (Steartfield Road). 'Norman Road' is 2nd on right. The Richmond is at the end of this road - yellow front.
