Rolleshayes is a listed stone and thatch farmhouse offering wonderful English country holidays in the Blackdown Hills of East Devon. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty straddles the nearby borders of Dorset and Somerset.

Completely renovated in 2002, this large and comfortable L – shaped home is centrally heated and equipped with all modern conveniences but retains its character with such features as brick inglenooks, wood - burners and exposed timbers. The stunning kitchen and dining room make it ideal for celebrations and get - togethers, as well as family or group holidays.

Within the grounds are sheltered sitting areas; five acres of sloping pasture, shared sometimes with cows or sheep, ablaze with daffodils in Spring; a rope swing; and a lovely summerhouse and hillside deck commanding views of the picturesque River Love valley.

Rolleshayes sits on Dumpdon Hill. There are truly panaoramic views from the top (owned by the National Trust) including of Honiton, known for its antique shops and street market. Thirty minutes drive takes you to Dartmoor or Exmoor, or the seaside resorts of Beer, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.
