Adjoining self catering cottages on a 177 acre livestock and arable farm. The farm is surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside one mile from the picturesque village of Morchard Bishop in the heart of Devon where about 20 miles of footpaths can be explored. Dartmoor and Exmoor are within easy reach as are the beaches on the North and South coasts.
Colts Hill Barn is a beautiful beamed barn with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5, the double bedroom being on the ground floor together with the bathroom and large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.
Rudge Rew Cottage is a comfortable country cottage sleeps 7, with 4 bedrroms, bathroom with toilet, shower room, kitchen, dining room, lounge, children's playroom and downstairs toilet.
Both properties are well equipped with full size electric cookers, washer/driers, fridge/freezer, microwave, colour TV's, video recorder and CD/tape radios. There is also the dishwasher in Rudge Rew Cottage.
Each cottage has its own lawned garden, table and chairs.
Whatever the season and whether you like touring, walking, cycling, fishing, golfing or just relaxing this is the ideal peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

From M5 jct 31
From Exeter take A377 Barnstaple Road, or leave M5 at junction 27 to Tiverton; take A396 as far as Bickleigh; join A3072 to Crediton; join A377 to Barnstaple; once passed Copplestone keep to A377; 2 miles after first turning to Morchard Bishop; there is a small right hand turning to Morchard Bishop; the farm is 1 mile; or take first turning to Morchard Bishop and go straight keeping the post office on your right; 0.25mile from the town to the left. The farm is now 0.75 mile.
Take train to Exeter, where you can switch to the Tarka Line from Exeter to Barnstaple. Get off the train at Lapford.
From railway station at Lapford approximately 1 mile along A377 towards Crediton there is a left handturn towards Morchard Bishop; turn left here and the cottages are 1 mile along this road on the left; there is also a regular service to Exeter from Morchard Bishop Village 1 mile distant; a bus passes the cottages approximately three to four times a day.
