We are a small, friendly, licensed Guest House ideally situated for the numerous attractions of Paignton, including the beach, pier, multiplex cinema, crazy golf, harbour, the green, Torbay Leisure Centre and Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway.
Goodrington beach is a short walk away where you will find Quaywest Water Park and many other water attractions.
Torquay’s lively harbour, with it’s restaurants, cafes and bars providing a continental feel, is only 10 minutes away.
We have 9 en-suite bedrooms all of which have beverage tray, TV, clock radio & hairdryer.
We have a bar where you can relax with a drink and/or join in the games and quizzes that we organise.
Our lounge has comfy seating and a television with freeview for your use.
Guests are welcome to enjoy our gardens where you can relax and take in the peace & quiet while you have a pot of tea or something stronger!

Road Directions
From M5 junction 31
Take A38 towards Torquay; when road forks, take left fork (A380) towards Torquay; at Penn Inn roundabout go straight ahead (A380); next roundabout, turn right (A380) towards Paignton; go over 3 roundabouts; at next crossroads turn left signposted Paignton Zoo; after zoo take the 1st right; at the end of Penwill Way turn left; at mini-roundabout turn right; take 1st right (Roundham Road); take 1st left into St Andrews Road. We are the first driveway on the right.
Public Transport Directions
From Paignton railway station - 10 minutes walk
out of station turn right along Torbay Road. Take first right into Queens Road. At end turn right into Sands Road. St Andrews Road is the first on the left. No.35 is at the top of the road on the left.
