Cosy, fully modernised 200 year old cottage in the village of Briderule on the Devon/Cornwall border. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, one en-suite. Fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard. Provides a great base to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Central heating, double glazing but also many original features. Ground Floor accomodation: fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room, toilet/cloakroom, lounge, dining room. Upstairs: Family bathroom, three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king-bed, second bedroom has twin beds and the third has bunk beds.

The garden is completely enclosed, paved with flagstones, trees for shade but sunny areas, and ample space to store bicylces/surfboards.

Bridgerule - post office/general store (15 yards), pub (100 yards). The River Tamar runs through the village. Bude is 6 miles away on the rugged North Cornwall coastline. Widemouth Bay is a 10 minute drive. Boscastle is 19 miles, whilst Padstow is less than an hour. Shops and supermarket at Bude or Holsworthy (6 miles).

The house is non-smoking. Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Short breaks available in low season on request.
