Extensive and exclusive selection of charming period cottages, converted barns, delightful apartments and elegant town houses in and around Beer, Branscombe, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth. Many have sea views, are close to the coastal path and are in glorious countryside. All properties are personally chosen and frequently inspected by the family who run the agency and have lived in East Devon for 30 years, building up a vast knowledge of the local area.

All cottages are well equipped to the highest standards. They include: Colour T.V. and hi fi unit. Washing machine. Freezer. Microwave. Duvets on beds. Linen hire available. UPVC double glazed windows. Gas central heating. Gas and electricity included. Most properties do not take pets and smoking is permitted. Travel cot and high chairs available. Lots of the cottages are suiteable for disabled people with level and ground floor rooms and access.
