The Belmont occupies an unrivalled position on Sidmouth's elegant seafront as well as fine and well kept gardens, just a short level walk from the centre of the Regency town. The hotel is open all year round and makes as good a base for a family holiday as for a short break to explore the World Heritage Site and World Heritage Coastline.

Guests are welcome to make full use of the superb leisure facilities at our adjacent Victoria Hotel, including magnificent outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools and tennis court. All bedrooms are luxuriously decorated and many enjoy fine sea views. The ground floor bedrooms offer easy access, although there is a lift to all floors. Deluxe rooms are ideal for that extra special occasion.

Nearby there's plenty to keep everyone occupied, from National Trust Properties like Killerton House to Bicton Park botanical gardens, Buckfastleigh Abbey, the mill museum at Coldharbour Mill and Dartmouth Railway, where you can take a trip back in time on a working steam locomotive. Of course there's something for the little kids too - everyone loves the Sidmouth Donkey sanctuary and who can resist a trip to Crealy Adventure Park?

Road Directions

From the M5 leave at junction 30 on the A3052 to Sidmouth, follow signs to Sidmouth.
From the A35, take the A375 to Sidmouth.
Once you are in Sidmouth head towards The Esplanade.
