This 13th Century Inn occupies a significant position in the history of 'picturesque' Chagford, with mullioned windows, massive oak beams, a great open fireplace and four poster beds.
Whilst retaining the essential character of this impressive building of granite construction, a considerable amount of work has been carried out in recent years to provide all the services and comforts expected of a modern hotel.
A visitor to the Three Crowns cannot fail to capture the almost timeless atmosphere of a building that has centuries of historical associations. This distinctive atmosphere creates a splendid location in which to relax.
