Self Guided Walking Holidays
Whatever your preferred walking pace and distance, we can help you plan your days walking. With in depth knowledge of local weather patterns and as regular walkers of the coastpath and countryside our knowledge can make sure your tour is a pleasure and not an ordeal.
You decide where you want to start and where you might finish each day, we transport you there after breakfast and if you change your plans while you're walking - just give us a call and we can collect you wherever you choose.
No heavy kit to carry just lunch (included in the price) and essentials. When you return each evening you can relax with a nice bath and sit in front of our log fire before enjoying a tasty Three Course Dinner cooked freshly at the farmhouse.
Doesn't that sound much better that battling on each day because you have got to get to your next stop?
Guided Walking Holidays
Wild Orchids, Rare Butterflies, Red Deer, Buzzards... Walking on the edges of the Marsland and Welcombe Nature Reserves, Coast Path and Sites of Special Scientific Interest, we are surrounded by wonderful wildlife to stop and admire.
But amongst all this there is also a fantastic wealth of history to discover.
For more than a hundred years poets, playwrights and artists have been inspired by the area to produce great works of art.
Discover and soak up the atmosphere where Ronald Duncan wrote his epic poem 'Man', where Benjamin Britten composed the opera 'Peter Grimes', performed impromptu by Peter Pears, where Dora Carrington painted the famous portrait 'Mrs Box' and tread the steps of countless other artists who have enjoyed this land.
And what better way to enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of this part of the world than to walk in good company, guided by your hosts to unique locations full of natural and historical interest.
We combine all this with freshly cooked food served at the farmhouse table and "home from home" accommodation all in one hassle free package.
