Hidden in its own sheltered, ten acre secret valley, West Charleton Grange has a magical quality. Once an ecclesiastical farm, the Grange would once have been home to the village rector and the surrounding land would have provided a livelihood for many of his parishioners.

There are just six self catering cottages, converted from original stone and slate farm buildings into quality holiday "home from homes".
West Charleton sits in the heart of the South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village is a short stroll along the footpath with a village shop and friendly inn.

Kingsbridge is just 2 miles away, whilst Salcombe, Dartmouth and Dartmoor are all within easy reach. There are stunning country and coastal walks on you doorstep, and some of the most beautiful beaches in South Devon.

Each of the luxury self-catering cottages has a new fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and granite worktops, TV and DVD player, new bathrooms, new soft furnishings and solid oak floors.

Indoor heated pool kept at 30 degrees C. Barbeque on sheltered terrace. Table tennis. Short tennis court. Play area with wendy house, climbing frame, swings, slide and toys in view of all the cottages.

From M5 junction 31
From Exeter take A38. A384 to Totnes, A381 to Kingsbridge. Follow signs to Town Quay/Dartmouth A379; 1.5 miles over bridge continue to West Charleton, 200 yds turn left into Church Lane. Grange is 0.25 mile on the right.

Railway station at Totnes, on the main Exeter to Plymouth line. From Totnes station
Catch X64 or 164 bus to Kingsbridge, then take the 92 or 93 Plymouth/Dartmouth bus alighting at West Charleton.
