Our spacious Grade 2 listed cottages have achieved the English Tourist Board's top grade for comfort, location, decor & facilities and are situated in a secluded area well away from noise in the picturesque Axe Valley. Our property, which is listed in the Doomsday Book of 1086, offers views of green fields and the freedom of tranquil woodland walks and picnic sites where you could encounter farm animals such as horses, ewes and their lambs peacefully munching grass, or even Nobby and Norma - our 2 fully grown 7 feet tall ostriches - the world's largest flightless birds - who may even entertain you with their crazy mating dance!! If that doesn't excite you, maybe the rich variety of attractions in Devon will, including the long beach at Seaton and its many attractions, including cliff walks, golf, fishing and its famous Tramway, which is only 5 minutes away!

Neighboring Beer is a quaint coastal village, which has its historic Caves and Pecorama with its Model Railway. Farway Countryside Park has a plethora of animals and playthings to amuse the children. The nearby popular resorts of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are just minutes away in opposite directions and need no introduction! In fact, our cottages are ideally placed to explore the whole of the South West.

The Granary - sleeps 10, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Ground Floor: Very spacious diner/lounge with wood burning stove and fully fitted kitchen. 2 twin bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. Separate common bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. 1st Floor: Four Poster en-suite, double en-suite, adult bunk beds also en-suite. Own private patio & furniture with small-enclosed garden and water fountain overlooking green fields and the Axe Valley.

The Stables - sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms Ground Floor: Very spacious diner/lounge with wood burning stove and fully fitted kitchen. 2 twin bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. Separate common bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. 1st Floor: Four Poster en-suite, double en-suite. Own private patio & furniture with enclosed garden and water fountain overlooking green fields and the Axe Valley.

Ashleys House - sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - One level: Kitchen/Diner/Lounge with wood burner and fully fitted kitchen. Four Poster en-suite, twin room en-suite and separate Jacuzzi room. Raised wooden patio with furniture overlooking green fields and the Axe Valley.

Brandys Cottage - sleeps 2, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom - One level: Kitchen/Diner/Lounge with wood burner and fully fitted kitchen. Four-poster bed with Jacuzzi en-suite. Raised wooden patio with furniture overlooking green fields and the Axe Valley.
