Examine real objects from Tudor times, ancient Egypt, around the world, the animal kingdom and World War II, find out more about them and the stories that they can tell.
Drop in and handle a wide range of Museum objects any time between 10.30am and 12.30pm and stay as long as you like.
Run by volunteers, these free sessions are held on the first Tuesday and the last Saturday of each month. Informal and friendly, the sessions use some of the Museum’s remarkable items to give a flavour of our collections.
