We are passionate about local food. Our part of the south west produces some of the finest ingredients and our aim is simple: to do them justice. Using traditional and innovative recipes and sourcing almost all of our food from local producers, we offer a range of distinctive menu choices, whether you are looking for a quick bite, a wholesome meal or event catering. Eating local food reduces food miles, is good for the local environment and benefits the local community - it's also tastier and healthier, so you benefit too. It really is “feel good food”. Give your taste buds a treat - Visit our café, fast food stall at the Tavistock Farmers Market (every second and fouth Saturday of the month) or ask us to cater for your party or event.

Opening Times:

Tuesday - Friday
9:30am - 12 Noon Quality traditional and meat free breakfasts.
12am - 2pm Imaginative lunch time specials, with flavourful salads (definately not wilted lettuce and tomato!)
2pm - 4pm Seriously good cakes and afternoon drinks.

Saturday
9:30am - 2pm Quality traditional and meat free breakfast, served until 2pm on Satudays.

3rd Friday Nights
7:30pm onwards 3 course set gourmét menu. These evenings are very popular so booking in advance is essential!
