Leave M5 at J27. Follow A361 to South Molton town centre and take B3227 signposted to Torrington. Follow B3227 to Umberleigh go over the bridge and turn left onto the A377 follow road to Kingford and turn right. At top of hill turn left onto B3217. Follow B3217 and take 6th turning left. Northcott Barton is 1 mile down the road on right.
