14 The Gallery is a new venture started by local artists from Great Torrington, and surrounding areas, who have formed their own arts co-operative. The gallery, which is located in Great Torrington’s historic Pannier Market, displays arts and crafts drawing from a range of different media including paintings, ceramics, glass, textiles, jewellery and cards amongst others. Other local artists can also exhibit their work and currently wooden and metal items, jewellery, lamps and others are on display.
The six who make up the co-operative are Helen Bailes, potter, Sarah Woolfenden, watercolour artist, Joanne Pryor, figurative artist, Michelle Witney, who creates jewellery and paints in acrylic, Jan Lye, a sculptural and functional ceramicist and Sue Martin who works in the medium of glass.

The Gallery is open from Monday till Saturday from 10am until 4pm, Wednesdays till 1pm.

14 The Gallery is located in Great Torrington’s historic Pannier Market.
