Set in twenty five acres of stunning North Devon countryside, this renowned Wildlife and Dinosaur Park offers a great family day out when visiting the South West of England. Within this natural setting on the edge of stunning Exmoor, dense Jurassic woodlands are host to a incredible range of wildlife which come from all corners of the globe, some of which are highly endangered - other prehistoric mammals (the dinosaurs) have been brought back to life with the aid of the latest in modern animatronics. Prepare yourself for a full day of family fun and entertainment at this must-see attraction.
All animals at Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park are kept in immaculately maintained enclosures which best reflect and highlight each animals natural behaviours and habitat. This not only provides visitors with an exciting and informative insight into each species, but is also in the best interests of the animals' welfare. At the park we house several endangered species, some of which belong to the European Endangered Species Programme (EEP). This is a breeding programme running throughout Europe to ensure the continuance of endangered animals.
Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park boasts a huge variety of stunning views and a large collection of beautiful plants. Wandering through the 25-acre park, you will discover sub-tropical plants, stunning flowers and impressive trees around every corner! Meet and watch our pair of Megalosaurus, our life sized T-Rex and of course our (spitting) Dilophosaurus; all interacting with each other. All the dinosaurs were built using the latest animatronic techniques.
In addition to our outdoor attractions and facilities , there are lots of things to do indoors; Butterfly House, Indoor Cinema, Research and Education Centre, Museum, Large Cafeteria, Light Show, Gift Shop, Tomb of The Pharaohs, and lots lots more. Take the Wild West Canyon Train Ride, experience a gigantic earthquake - and survive! Scream as seven and a half thousand gallons of water hurtle towards you and your fellow passengers.
