With its rich art history and stunning scenery, there is no wonder why this East Devon harbour town has been the shared destination of artists’ near and far for over a century.
The Pier Head Gallery prides itself on providing a blend of high quality bold, modern contemporary pieces with a selection of more traditional works from carefully selected local, national and international artists. Big canvasses and contemporary sculpture are shown off to great effect in this light and airy gallery.
New owner Emma Bishop arrived in Devon earlier in the year, having gained a BA and MA in Fine Art from London’s prestigious Camberwell University.
