We offer pleasure boat cruises and trips up and down the River Dart, from Dartmouth to Totnes in Devon, UK. Our passenger vessels, now including the Baltic Star, are also available for hire, and are ideal for parties, company promotions or wedding receptions.
We operate all year round, and all of our boats have excellent facilities.
The River Dart is one of the most spectacular estuaries in the British Isles, in terms of scenic beauty, natural wildlife and also historic interest. One of the best ways to enjoy the river is from a pleasure boat trip and we are proud to run the largest boats on the river. Let us help you plan your day out with us. We also specialise with coach parties, so bring a few friends down to enjoy the river too!
The M.V. Dart Explorer is our flagship, built in 1991. This 300 seater luxury catamaran can accommodate 100 customers in the centrally heated, non-smoking lounge, or up to 80 customers dining. For entertainment there is a fully stocked bar serving draught beers and lagers. Further, live music can be arranged and the boat interior can also be used as a dance floor.
Our people carrier M.V. Cardiff Castle is a 400 seater vessel, built in 1964 and can accommodate 200 customers under cover. This is the largest ship in the River Link fleet and is also the largest passenger carrying vessel operating on the River Dart. The size of the M.V. Cardiff Castle makes this boat ideal for larger parties and celebrations. Disco, cabaret and live music can also easily be accommodated on board.
Joining the River Link fleet this year is the 320 seater M.V. Dart Venturer, built in 1981. This popular function boat has a fully stocked bar and provides disabled facilities.
The M.V. Dittisham Princess is our newest vessel, built in 1995 and joining River Link from the Ridalls family business in July 1999. This modern 181 seater vessel has a heated saloon and can accommodate 80 persons under cover. There is a fully stocked bar and the vessel is very popular for smaller Corporate events.

Road Directions
From the A38 follow signs to Totnes. Dartmouth will be signposted from Totnes. You will find the booking huts along the embankment in Dartmouth.
Public Transport Directions
Nearest station is Paignton and Totnes station. From Paignton bus station. Service 120 to Kingskerswell. To Totness service 88,100,200 fro Paignton to Dartmouth. First service 11 from Torquay to Totnes.
