 Discover:

Devon is one of the most stunning destinations in Britain. Its dual coastlines offer 500km of breath-taking views, towering cliffs, twelve estuaries and are home to an amazing array of birds and wildlife.

Head in land and discover two national parks - Dartmoor and Exmoor - and 3,500 miles of footpaths. Explore wooded river valleys, rolling countryside, country parks and nature reserves galore.

Discover England's first natural World Heritage Site - the Jurassic Coast - extending for 95 miles and transporting you through 185 million years of Earth history. Visit the unique UNESCO Braunton Burrows Biosphere Reserve, with its unusual dune system supporting rare and diverse plant life.

There are many nature events happening across Devon, year-round, from nature trails, fungi forays and rock pool rambles to bird watching cruises, badger watches and wild flower walks. Many are accessible by bus, train, bike or on foot allowing you to explore without the use of your car.
