The 2008 Abbotskerswell Beer and Food Festival will hope to surpass last year's record-breaking event with even more local beers and ciders. The 2007 event had a massive 100 plus! A wine bar was also available, and there were many food stalls (40-50), showcasing the very best of Devon foods - and celebrity chefs appearing on both days, starting with a grand opening by John Burton Race. There was also a number of craft stalls on display.
This picturesque village has built up a well-deserved reputation for hosting one of the best weekend parties in the County and this year aims to raise even more funds for local charities and community projects.
